GrowingEinstein assists students from grades K to 12 with their homework.

3. What is a whiteboard?
Whiteboard is a white rectangular area on a computer screen, on which we can write or draw using a digital pencil. This is exactly like the Paint Brush software on your computer system. You might want to use a digital pen tablet instead of the mouse to write on it.

6. How is the progress of a child measured?
Every child that signs up with GrowingEinstein.com is assessed on the level of understanding of the subject through a pre-assessment test. During the course of his/her stay with us, our tutors will administer frequent tests to ensure that your child has thorough understanding of the subject and makes good progress. We ask that you check on your child’s scores often.

7. How much does it cost?
GrowingEinstein.com charges $9.99 per hour. Alternatively, you can also choose one of our affordable packages.

You can log in to your GrowingEinstein.com account and specify the days of the week and the time the regular tutoring sessions have to be held. Our tutor will be ready to assist you at the scheduled time.

14. If my child is enrolled in an online program, where do I go for assistance?

15. What if I am not satisfied with my child’s Tutor?
You can send a mail to support@growingeinstein.com, with subject as “Feedback”.

16. Is it safe for my child to communicate with the tutor?
Every GrowingEinstein.com tutor has been put under a stringent criminal background check process to ensure that you child is in safe hands.
