Here are the primary steps in our process:
1. Parent signs up for their child using online registration form.
2. Our Student Advisor talks with you regarding your expectations for your child.
3. We assign a tutor to the student
4. Regularly scheduled one-on-one online tutoring sessions
5. Monthly conference with Student Advisor.

Once registered, you can login to GrowingEinstein.com using the login-id (your User name which you provided during registration) and password (chosen during registration process). Once logged in, if you have already purchased a package, you will be able to schedule a class at a time of your convenience. If not, you can buy a package of your choice and schedule the class.
White board:
Growingeinstein.com offers a web-based white board. This means that there is no need for any special software installation. During the session, the student will be able to connect to the white board. Whiteboard is a white rectangular area on a computer screen, on which tutor and the student can instantaneously write mathematical formulas and notes to share their thoughts. click here to see the whiteboard
Text Chat:
Using text chat, the Student and Tutor will be able to exchange text messages.
Voice Chat:
Using a microphone and a headset, the Student and Tutor will be able to talk to each other live.
In short, our tools allow the Tutor and the Student interaction to be as live as one on one tutoring.
